GUIDE FOR PURCHASING ONLINE

Start by reading the TERMS.

You can type your zip code into the box below the free freight chart on the TERMS page to see what zone you are in to qualify for free freight.

After you have read the terms, click the continue button at the bottom of the page and you will be asked to "LOG IN" or "CREATE AN ACCOUNT"

If you are creating a new wholesale account, call 1-800-349-7367 after you are finished and we will verify it. Once it has been verified, we will activate the wholesale pricing.

Once you are logged in, it will say welcome back and have your name. 

The best way to tell if you are logged in is to look at the top right hand side of the website. It will say "LOG OFF" if you are logged in.

Once you are logged in, look at the top left corner of the website. The Quick Find box is where you search for your item. You can type a product number or item description. It is best to search using as little info as needed. For example, a g2 pen by pilot, just type g2 and click the magnifying glass or hit your enter key.

Once you find an item you like, adjust the quantity you wish to buy based on the unit of measure sell unit and click add to cart button.

Now continue to shop until you reach the freight paid minimum for your area. You can see your order total as you shop. It is located in the right hand column of the website.

Now its time to check out. Click the word "CHECKOUT" in the top right corner. Verify your delivery information. Use the comment box for your PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER or for sending a comment to the warehouse. NOW click the <CONTINUE> button at the bottom of the page.

Next you will be asked to confirm your billing address. If you want to pay by credit card, type a note in the comment box and we will call you to verify your card information. We do not accept credit card information over the internet. Click the <CONTINUE> button.

THIS IS THE LAST STEP. Before you click the confirm button, you have this  chance to change anything on your order. If everything is correct, click the <CONFIRM ORDER> button.
